Full cavity wall construction for a two-storey side extension. Engineering brick below DPC, common brick above with a raked mortar finish. Every course checked with a spirit level before the next row was started.

Full demolition and rebuild of a 34-metre garden boundary wall that had subsided in two sections. New concrete strip foundation, engineering brick base, reclaimed stock brick above — matched to the original 1930s coursing.

Removal of failing render and installation of a new buff engineering brick slip system across a 12-metre commercial frontage. Expansion joints at 6m centres, flush pointing throughout to match the developer specification.
